1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of AgentHacker, a managed cloud platform for deploying and running AI agents. By accessing or using AgentHacker, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

AgentHacker provides managed hosting, lifecycle controls, and operations tooling for AI agent instances, including support for model-provider integrations and channel connectivity.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Keep account credentials secure.
  • Ensure your use of AgentHacker complies with applicable law and third-party terms.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected integrations.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AgentHacker to perform illegal, abusive, or harmful activity, including attempts to compromise systems, violate privacy rights, or bypass platform security controls.

5. AI Output and Integrations

AgentHacker manages infrastructure and operations. AI model output, provider behavior, and third-party channel platform behavior are outside our direct control. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in sensitive workflows.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid plans, limits, and billing terms are presented at checkout or in your workspace billing settings. You agree to pay applicable fees for selected plans and usage.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, abuse of the service, security risk, or non-payment, where permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

AgentHacker is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service over time. Continued use of AgentHacker after updates means you accept the revised terms.
